Worship & Music Ministry
Our Vision of Worship
We believe worship is God-centered, Christ-centered, and Word-centered. Through the adoration of our Lord, our family of faith will experience individual and corporate transformation resulting in a willingness to respond in service and lifestyle modeled after Christ. As the Holy Spirit guides the expression of our worship, we will offer our collective prayers and praises in a manner that is progressive and creative while honoring the traditions of our past and embracing the diversity and gifts of our people.
We are different people from different walks of life.
We all have different opinions, perspectives, and ideas.
One of the most beautiful ways we can embody and display the gospel to the world is by putting these preferences aside and coming together in worship.
Jesus tells us that the greatest commandment is to love the Lord Your God with all your heart, soul and mind. Also, to love your neighbor as yourself. We strive to embody that as we worship together as a community. Despite our opinions of what style of music or elements we prefer, we strive to cultivate a community that is participating in this great commandment through worship.
